An Introduction to Digital Marketing
INTRODUCTION
Designed and tailored for small businesses, entrepreneurs, solopreneurs, plus those new to marketing who know they need to ‘do’ marketing but aren’t sure what that involves or how to do it, this short, flexible course provides a comprehensive introduction and how-to for all aspects of modern-day marketing.
Going back to basics, the course introduces and teaches business and marketing strategy with exercises in SWOT analyses, mission statement compilation, customer identification and loyalty/lifetime value, promotional calendar creation and competitor analysis. Moving on to identifying and utilising marketing goals, learners will discover common small business marketing mistakes and how to avoid them, which reporting metrics to use and what success will look like for them.
During the course, learners will explore and better understand websites, their reporting, SEO, blogs, content, email marketing, social media, paid search (PPC) and budgets.
Gaining the accreditation of Meta Certified Digital Marketing Associate will be an opportunity. (This includes an examination, and you will be asked to pay an exam fee of £69 if you would like to take it.)
