INTRODUCTION
Learn how to use emerging technologies to enhance business processes.
This course is designed to introduce you to a variety of new and emerging technologies and enable you to identify where these could enhance your business processes.
Run over five sessions, you will learn how to use artificial intelligence, virtual reality, augmented reality, how to present yourself and your business, effectively use and present data and gain recognised digital badges and accreditation.
The sessions are designed to be hands on to allow you to create digital tools such as a chatbot, a virtual reality scene plus screen casts all without the need for coding or high-level digital skills. You will though, need experience of using general office-based tools such as Word and Excel but not as an expert user.
