    A series of events in which participants can deconstruct the challenge of racism in FE to evolve the agenda and face the issues together.

    In this first session a panel of learners and educators will explore the barriers, opinions of family as well the experiences of studying and working in the FE sector. After sharing their thoughts and views, the guest panel will be open to questions from attendees.

    This second session in the series will explore the role of FE colleges within the communities they serve. The panel of community influencers and representatives will give their views before taking questions from attendees.

    A series of events in which participants can deconstruct the challenge of racism in FE to evolve the agenda and face the issue together.

    This third session in the series will explore FE from the point of view of those in leadership roles within the sector. The panel of leaders and influencers will give their views on the post-16 curriculum and community representation before taking questions from attendees.
