We offer courses from Entry Level 1 to Level 1, we help students build key independent living and social skills, gain employability skills in various industries, and prepare for the world of work.

Do I also learn Math and English in Inclusive Learning?
In short, yes! All learners are assessed and placed in the appropriate Maths and English classes, from Entry Level 1 to GCSE. This ensures they have the opportunity to gain recognised qualifications suited to their academic abilities.
Do I need an EHCP?
Yes, an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) is required to access our Inclusive Learning courses.
How are your courses structures?
Entry Level 1
- Focus: Basic independent living, social, and communication skills.
- Structure: Highly individualised support with hands-on, practical learning.
- Environment: Safe and supportive, helping students build confidence and essential skills.
Entry Level 2
- Focus: Enhanced independence, advanced social and communication skills.
- Structure: A mix of practical activities and classroom learning, encouraging independent practice.
- Environment: Empowering and inclusive, promoting self-confidence and greater autonomy.
Entry Level 3 / Level 1
- Focus: Employability skills, advanced independent living, and preparation for work or further study at MK College.
- Structure: A balance of theory and practical experience, including work placements and real-world projects.
- Environment: Dynamic and supportive, helping students transition into employment or further education.
Each level builds on the previous one, ensuring a smooth progression and continuous skill development.
How do I apply? What happens after I make an application?
Our courses are available on the MK College website.
After applying, if you have declared an EHCP, your application will be put on hold while we consult with the Local Authority (LA) to assess whether we can meet your needs.
- If we can meet your needs, we will invite you for an interview.
- If we cannot, we will notify the LA, who will inform you of the outcome.
Why do you only offer limited vocational courses?
Although we focus on three vocational areas, we also provide work-related and transition courses.
By specialising, we ensure high-quality education, tailored support, and strong links to industries where students are more likely to find employment. This allows us to offer personalised attention, hands-on training, and valuable work experience, increasing students’ chances of securing a job in the future.
