What will I do?

Our beauty therapy courses include the required treatments to work effectively as a beauty specialist including: waxing techniques, applying make-up, eyelash and eyebrow treatments, manicure, pedicure, facial skincare, client care, health, safety and salon reception duties.

Career opportunities from our beauty therapy courses include working in a commercial salon as well as becoming an Independent/self-employed/mobile specialist.

Whilst this beauty therapy course’s main purpose is to prepare you for employment as a beauty specialist, learners often choose to develop their skills further by progressing onto Beauty Therapy Advanced, allowing you to gain employment within spas and performing advanced beauty treatments within salons.

Entry Requirements – you will require GCSE Maths & English, one subject at Grade 4 (minimum) and the other to be at Grade 3 (minimum), to study Level 2 Beauty.
