MK College Group is looking for two Group Directors; a Group Director for Quality and Standards, and a totally new role of Group Director for IoT, Adult and HE.

- Hours: 37.5 hours per week, 52 weeks per year

Ensuring the delivery of exceptional education across the College, your expertise will play a key part in fostering a culture of inclusivity, continuous improvement, and innovation. With a strong focus on quality assurance and improvement, you will champion the values of equality, diversity, and safeguarding.
You will create and drive a Quality Strategy and culture across all aspects including Study Programmes, Adult, Higher Education, Apprenticeships, Prison Services, and Commercial provisions. Our purpose is to deliver exceptional learning experiences that transform lives. You will need the ability to drive and manage change, encourage innovation and creativity, and continually develop outstanding practice.
