Milton Keynes College Group is at the forefront of driving regional growth through skills, innovation and employer partnership. As we build our ambitions within the Oxford–Cambridge corridor, the new Digital Technical Excellence College (Digital TEC) will play a central role in how we respond to the rapidly evolving digital and technology landscape.

We are creating a Programme Director role to provide clear, strategic leadership for Digital TEC, ensuring it delivers at pace, at scale and with real impact. This role will bring together employers, partners and educators to shape a future-focused skills ecosystem, addressing critical digital skills gaps and creating high-quality opportunities that improve learner outcomes.

This is a key appointment at a defining moment, offering the opportunity to lead a flagship initiative, influence regional workforce development and strengthen our position as a leader in digital skills, innovation and inclusive growth.

Before applying, our Executive Principal, Cat Marin, welcomes the opportunity for an informal conversation to support your understanding of the College, the role and key considerations. Please contact the Executive Assistant, Karen Attwell, at karen.attwell@mkcollege.ac.uk to arrange a Microsoft Teams call.

The selection process will include a formal shortlisting interview in the week commencing 22 June 2026, followed by an assessment centre in the week commencing 6 July 2026. If you are due to be on annual leave during this period, please inform the recruitment team at recruitment@mkcollege.ac.uk
