Following the departure of our current Group Director of Quality, we are seizing the opportunity to build on strong foundations and accelerate our ambitions for excellence even further across the Milton Keynes College Group. As a key leader, you will play a pivotal role in delivering outstanding, high-quality education across all areas of the College Group, creating an environment where every learner thrives and every colleague is empowered to excel. You will champion equality, diversity, inclusion and safeguarding, ensuring these values are embedded in everything we do. 

You will lead the delivery of our Quality Strategy, shaping a consistent culture of excellence across Study Programmes, Adult Learning, Higher Education, Prison Education Services and Commercial provision. At the heart of this role is our shared purpose: delivering exceptional learning experiences that transform lives.
