What will I do?
You will develop the core skills needed to become a Gym Instructor through coursework tasks and practical assessments. The course includes a blend of online learning and face-to-face sessions.

How much will I have to study each week?
The course requires 3 hours of online study on Monday evenings, with tasks set to complete. Once a month, there is a face-to-face workshop on a Saturday from 10 am to 4 pm.
