What will I do?
You’ll study two key modules:
- Working in the Business Environment
- Using Numbers in Business
You’ll learn how to work professionally, manage your time, handle workplace communication, and understand the flow of money in a business. You’ll also gain confidence using basic numerical skills, including percentages, ratios, and presenting data clearly.
What’s next?
This course gives you a great foundation to move into the world of work or continue learning. Many students go on to further AAT courses in bookkeeping or accountancy.

Classes run weekly, and you’ll need to set aside 3–4 hours for private study and revision between sessions.

There are two options for this course, a daytime class or an evening class. You can discuss this with your tutor at interview.
The majority of classes are face to face at our Chaffron Way campus but some sessions may be held online.
