What will I do?

Led by expert chocolatier Claire Clark, this workshop will cover:

  • Preparing and using chocolate moulds
  • Decorating techniques to personalise your Easter eggs
  • The essential skill of tempering chocolate for a glossy finish
  • Casting and setting your own chocolate creations

You’ll take home your handmade Easter egg along with the mould, so you can continue making delicious treats for years to come.
