This qualification is designed to supercharge your skills and power the country’s digital infrastructure forwards as it equips learners with knowledge and skills for Artificial Intelligence (AI) programming specifically with Python

What will I do?

Learners will cover key areas such as: basic python functions, writing scripts, libraries used within python, version control using GITHUB and neural networks which will entail linear algebra and calculus.

This qualification also aims to support and drive forward Governments skill gap strategy for digital skills as this qualification encourages individuals to enter a growing sector.

Is it for me?

This programme is for people who wish to further develop their AI Programme with Phyton knowledge in the workplace or are looking to enter the workforce/change careers. Students must be able to commit to the two terms of the programme and have access to IT out of college for independent work. You would benefit from being a self-motivated learner.

Entry requirements

There are no specific prior skills/knowledge a learner must have for this qualification. However, learners may find it helpful if they have already achieved a level 2 digital qualification. Successful completion of a Pre-Course Questionnaire and interview.
