Turn your creativity into a career and hone your craft through a combination of expert tutoring and industry-standard facilities. With access to our professional fashion studio, you will develop your technical skills to a professional standard, ready to take the next step in your fashion career.

UAL Level 3 Applied General Diploma Extended Diploma in Art & Design (Fashion)

What will I do?

From fashion illustration, to pattern cutting, to visual merchandising, you will explore every area that fashion and clothing has to offer. You will experience different career opportunities in the industry through exploring fashion photography, styling retail and visual merchandising, fashion film making, and much more. You can expect to take part in exhibitions and catwalks, learning how to promote and market yourself as a professional. You will develop a diverse and relevant portfolio of designs and finished work, demonstrating your skillset and knowledge.

What’s next?

You will be perfectly positioned to progress onto further study in the fashion industry. You could choose to specify in an area such as textiles, design, or costume, depending on your ambitions. You could also move straight into the industry by seeking out an opportunity with a junior position. You will have made contacts and connections on your course to help you secure employment, kicking off your career without delay.

Entry requirements

You require 4 GCSEs at grade 4 or above including English Language and an Art and Design related subject.
