Milton Keynes College Group is seeking an exceptional Executive Principal to be part of the Executive Leadership Team, to help shape the future of education across Milton Keynes and beyond.
We are proud to deliver on our strategic purpose: Building Fairer Futures through learning across the City of Milton Keynes and beyond.
As a senior leader, you will shape the Group’s curriculum vision and operational models, taking direct accountability for the planning and delivery of outstanding education and skills provision. The Group includes a general further education college with two campuses in Milton Keynes, a major Ministry of Justice contract delivering education in custodial settings across England, a range of community-based initiatives, and a developing Institute of Technology.
We are an ambitious, forward-thinking organisation that recognises the vital role colleges play in addressing local skills needs, supporting communities, tackling inequality, and driving inclusive economic growth. Following our inspection in early 2024, Milton Keynes College Group was proud to receive strong recognition under the previous Ofsted framework, with several areas highlighted for outstanding practice. As the inspection landscape evolves, we remain committed to maintaining high standards and delivering inclusive, high-quality education across all areas of our provision.
Innovative teaching and learning are at the heart of our curriculum offer and central to our vision for Milton Keynes. We are now seeking an exceptional leader to build on our success and help shape the future growth of the Group — someone who shares our belief that education is a powerful force for fairness, opportunity, and transformation.
