Introducing the Milton Keynes College Group WhatsApp Channel

At Milton Keynes College Group, we are committed to real-time communication when it comes to the safety and wellbeing of our students across our campuses. As part of this commitment, we are pleased to announce a new communication channel specifically to address any campus-wide safety concerns: WhatsApp Business.

We will use this dedicated WhatsApp Channel solely to respond to any campus safety concerns. This includes any emergency situations on campus or concerns about critical situations that could impact student safety.

How to contact us via our WhatsApp Channel:

  • Scan the QR code which will redirect to WhatsApp or click here.
  • A chat with us will appear where you can type and send your message. You will receive a response from our Site Hosts or Campus Managers dependent on the nature of your message.
  • If you click on our profile picture on the top, you will see our business profile which has useful information regarding our business hours and alternative contact email.
  • Tip: Save our contact details to your phone to easily message us in the future

Note: the processes for other concerns or queries have not changed. If you have any concerns about the safety or wellbeing of a particular student, please contact either safeguarding@mkcollege.ac.uk or wellbeingteam@mkcollege.ac.uk For any general enquiries, please email info@mkcollege.ac.uk and a member of our Customer Service Team will get back to you as soon as possible.

The safety and wellbeing of students whilst on campus is our top priority, and this new channel is a way for you to contact us easily if you have any concerns relating to campus-wide safety.
