Course overview
This short course helps leaders, managers, and aspiring leaders develop the skills, confidence and mindset to lead with purpose. You’ll learn how to inspire your team, drive positive change, and build a culture that values both people and the planet.
You’ll explore what it means to lead with integrity, communicate purpose, and create lasting impact in your workplace.
What will I do?
Over 6 weeks, you’ll take part in interactive sessions that mix group discussions, practical exercises and reflective learning. You’ll gain the tools to lead confidently, engage your team, and make responsible business decisions that support long-term success.
You’ll cover:
- Week 1: Leading with Purpose and Integrity
- Week 2: Building Engaged, Inclusive and Sustainable Teams
- Week 3: Coaching and Empowering People for Sustainable Growth
- Week 4: Communicating Purpose and Driving Sustainable Engagement
- Week 5: Leading Change through Responsibility and Innovation
- Week 6: Continuous Improvement and Sustainable Operations
What’s next?
After completing this programme, you can progress on to a Level 3 or Level 5 CMI or CIPD course to continue your professional development in leadership and management.
