Course overview

This course helps ESOL learners develop digital skills and workplace confidence for today’s job market.

You will learn how to use computers and online tools while also improving the communication skills needed for work. The course combines practical ICT training with employability support, helping you become more confident using technology in everyday life and at work.

You will learn important digital skills such as using email, creating documents, completing online applications and staying safe on the internet. You will also develop key employability skills including CV writing, interview preparation and professional communication.

This course will help prepare you for further study, vocational training or employment.
