What To Do When You Get Your GCSE Results
Come Thursday 22nd August, you would’ve done it. It’ll be over. All of your hard work has resulted in this, and regardless of the results, you can breathe a huge sigh of relief.
We’re talking, of course, about your GCSE results. Now whether you’ve done better than expected, or didn’t perhaps get the grades you were hoping for – don’t panic! All is not lost.
We will be holding three Advisory Days (dates below) to help you decide what your next steps are. You might’ve completely changed your mind about what you want to do post results, but whatever the reason, we’ll be here to listen to your queries and help you make a decision. All of our curriculum staff will be available for you to chat with, as well as career advisors, our apprenticeship team, and student services.
Prior to GCSE results day, we’ll also be open for application support. Whether it’s deciding what course to take, or just filling out the application, you can pop into the College and tell our friendly receptionists that you need some help with applying – that’s all it takes!
