This course is suitable for anyone!  Promoting equality and diversity in the workplace and the wider community is crucial to a great working environment.  Therefore, this course is suitable to any employees in any workplace.
You must already hold a L1 or equivalent English qualification.

Entry requirements

All applicants must be at least 19 years of age to enrol for the course and have a good level of English skills to a minimum of Level One standard.

Applicants aged 19-23 are only eligible if they have already achieved a full Level 2 qualification or equivalent. Please contact us for clarification if required.

Applicants aged 24+ do not require any prior academic qualifications, but do need to meet the required standard of English skills. Applicants must have lived in the UK for the last three years, currently reside in England, with a postcode outside of London, Greater Manchester, Greater London, Liverpool, Tees Valley Cambridgeshire and Peterborough, West Midlands, South Yorkshire, West Yorkshire, West of England, Newcastle Upon Tyne, North Tyneside and Northumberland. Please contact providers in your local area for alternative options.

This course requires the completion and passing of three short tutor marked online unit assessments. Learners are allocated a course tutor who will mark assessments and are able to offer support through the online learning platform.

This qualification is a Level 2 Certificate with the awarding body TQUK.

The course duration is 6 weeks and will requires approximately 4 – 6 hours of study per week plus the submission of 3 online assessments during the course. Course start dates are flexible, but learners are expected to successfully complete the programme within the allocated timescale.
