What will I do?
Engineering design, mechanical principles, automation robotics and programmable logic controllers are just a handful of the various topics you will study on this course. You can expect to conduct both group and independent research and projects on different areas of engineering. You will experience managing a professional engineering project and find out about different career options in the industry. You can expect to grow your skills in CAD and Manufacture, as well as engineering mathematics and digital principles, meaning your skillset will be up to date with the current industry.
What’s next?
On successful completion of this course you can enrol on the HND in Engineering and gain a Level 5 qualification. Alternatively you could seek employment in the industry in a junior position. Your tutors will support you in this and advise in any applications.

On successful completion of this course you can either gain employment or study towards a BEng or BSc degree course or professional qualifications.
