Career Choice is an innovative Amazon program uniquely designed to upskill Amazon employees who are interested in pursuing a career outside of Amazon. By partnering with Milton Keynes College to deliver training for high-demand careers, Amazon is proud to give eligible employees the tools they need to make a move and pursue their aspirations.

How to Enrol
For eligible employees, Amazon will pay up to 95% of tuition and fees (up to a yearly maximum) towards a certificate or diploma in qualified fields of study, leading to in-demand jobs. About MK College
